Housekeeping Field Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Position Overview

Primary:

  • Report to Operations Manager
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing new team members as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of housekeeping policies and standards including but not limited to:
    • New hire training
    • Changes in setup requirements
    • Changes/additions to the housekeeper’s checklist
    • Housekeeping inspections alongside housekeepers
    • Assist housekeepers with their job functions where needed to ensure optimum cleanliness
    • House visit to ensure housekeepers understand daily duties
  • Hold housekeepers accountable for work quality, standards, and outcomes
  • Work with inspection team to refine processes and evaluate feedback.
  • Perform home cleanings.
  • Perform “operations” inspections and home openings
  • Assist in off season RMI (Recommended Minimum Inventory)

Secondary:

  • Assist with out of office departmental errands
  • Assist with car shuttles
  • Deliveries to houses as needed by TCCG or guests
  • Manage the daily activities in the absence of the Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Spanish / English
  • Weekend availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior housekeeping experience
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interactive skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Clean driving record
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Housekeepers

Position Overview

  • Reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Lead Housekeeper
  • Responsible for doing same day turn cleanings, mid-stay cleanings, weekly/monthly cleanings, deep cleanings and pre/post cleanings before and after guest and homeowner stays.
  • Dry cleaning drop offs
  • Delivering of linen, terry and setup supplies as well as being responsible for displaying setup supplies in the correct manner
  • Track and record time spent at each property for the appropriate time frame
  • Track and record driving mileage to every property

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Available on call if needed
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays
  • Ability to bend, lift and move items varying in weight from 1 to 50lbs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of housekeeping
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to read and speak basic English

Caretaking Inspector

Position Overview

  • Reports to the Caretaking Manager
  • Weekly inspection of homes
  • Pre-guest arrival inspection (physical property)
  • Post stay damage inspections
  • Weekly maintenance of hot tubs
  • Performance of personal homeowner services (airport pick-up, package delivery, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with key service providers and third-party caretakers
  • Company vehicle maintenance
  • Response to after hour emergency calls and on-call expectations
  • Track and record time spent at each property
  • Inventory maintenance at homes
  • Identify when items are not working properly at homes.
  • Coordination of trash removal
  • Package Delivery
  • Assist rental guests with items related to the physical property
  • Assist all other departments with tasks not related to this position, as demand dictates, in order to provide exceptional client / guest service

Requirements

  • Mechanically inclined (no specific experience required)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong interactive skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview

Looking for an experienced handyman with a well-rounded skill set to run our maintenance department.

  • Reports to the Director of Operations
  • General handyman repairs to high-end custom homes
  • Track and record time spent at each project
  • Track and record driving mileage to every property
  • Direct communication with HO on home repairs
  • Hire, fire, train, and supervise maintenance staff
  • Be able to perform all duties of the Caretaking Inspector
  • Manage job scheduling
  • Full cycle all maintenance billable hours
  • Oversight of suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Oversee sub contracted repairs to homes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key service providers
  • Maintain company tool inventory
  • Establish and maintain punch list for each home
  • Coordinate annual asset management inspections

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Diverse skillset ranging from trimwork, drywall, to painting
  • Flexible schedule
