Hello dear friends!
We have a new house in The Clear Creek Group portfolio that I’m very excited about: Pines Gardens 4050.
The location is nothing short of fantastic. Located on the Westbank, The Pines and Aspens are two side-by-side residential communities, tied together at their entrances by an absolutely charming retail area. It has a vibrant, village ethos, with chic shops and restaurants, and it’s home to a few business as well – a bank, a fitness center, Aspens Market, and a well-provisioned liquor and wine store. The collection of purveyors also includes a charming coffee shop; you know, one of those you never want to leave. So, in short, you never have to leave!
The Pines Club, located at the entrance to the residential community, is a private club that offers Clear Creek Group guests access to its dining, golf and cross country skiing. The homes in the Pines are quite varied, and include very generous homes and smaller units, like the two Pines Garden Units we have.
The Pines sits right smack in the middle of everything the Westbank has to offer. You might know I just LOVE the bike path in general, and here it unfurls like a ribbon along side the main road and connects Pines Garden Unit 4050 to the village of the Pines and Aspens, Grand Teton National Park, Teton Village, some fabulously fun restaurants – the Q Roadhouse and Calico – and the hip little community of Wilson.
To me, 4050 is as perfect for a family as it is for a couple. The interiors were designed by Katie Binger and the talented team at Dwelling, who together created a gorgeous, light-filled retreat with minimum clutter, and maximum comfort and flexibility. They snuck in plenty of snoozing spots too, like the pull-out sofa in the living room, the upholstered window seat in the master, and the trundle bed in the guest room. Because Winnie the Pooh said it best: “Let’s begin by taking a smallish nap or two…”
I think you’d best end the day on a high note, too. Private chefs love to prepare meals for you in your own kitchen – so put up your feet by the fire and let Chef Stephanie Sias, or one of the many talented chefs in Jackson, do all the work. Then dine like a king (and don’t wash the dishes afterwards)! (TCCG Approved Private Chefs)
We are honored and delighted to be able to include Pines Garden 4050 in both our vacation and caretaking portfolios. I cannot begin tell you how wonderful and talented our Caretaking and Guest Services teams are! Their keen eyes and detailed checklist ensure that the every property is looked after with the best of care when not occupied, and in absolute top shape, with many welcoming touches, when homeowners or guests are slated to arrive. Some examples: they might build a snowman at the front door, and put a lantern on his arm to light the way. They’ll have the fridge stocked with your favorite things. They might leave an unexpected shopping tote full of presents and craft supplies for the kids. Oh, and that batch of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies waiting on the kitchen counter! Absolutely divine! Whatever it is, when you walk into your Clear Creek Group home, something special awaits. Because, boy howdy, life is meant to be savored!
Have a peek at the new images and description below. Many thanks to Gordon Gregory Photo for taking these wonderful images! It was a pleasure to photograph this house. I hope you enjoy the images as much as we enjoyed our time visiting PG 4050 when we were taking them! It is, indeed, a special property. Before I close I just have to tell you that, while we were shooting, we were delightfully distracted by the calls of the osprey as they started building their summer homes and we had several moose stop by to check out what we were up to!
Take good care-
