When you choose to join our villa rental program, we will build a customized plan that accommodates your specific priorities as a Homeowner, including personal use plans and revenue goals. We recognize that your home is also here for you and your family, we do not impose any restrictions on your personal use of the property.

Each home is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each period of occupancy and is prepared according to AAA 5-Diamond standards, including luxury linens and top-notch personal care amenities. After each stay, a detailed inspection is completed. Our commitment to our Homeowners is that their home will be ready for use, at all times, in an immaculate condition, with everything in its place.

Each villa rental home is unique, our on-site Villa Rental Team conducts regular home tours to ensure they are intimately familiar with the features and benefits of the home and able to craft individual selling messages to match each guest with an ideal home. Our Team has personal contact with each rental guest, many of whom return season after season, year after year. Each guest is greeted on-site by a member of our Team, and presented with a thoughtfully assembled suite of gifts to welcome them to the home and to Jackson. Personalized concierge services are offered to each guest, so that all they need to do is arrive at the airport. Their customized Wyoming adventure awaits, and at the end of each day they will return to a luxurious and welcoming base camp.

What is the ideal villa rental?

Over the past thirteen years, we have developed a comprehensive list of recommendations and requirements to create an ideal villa rental experience, and we are happy to share it with you, on request. It includes recommendations for bedding configuration, technology, housewares and general design and décor elements.  Our on-site Team is available to purchase and install any housewares or other inventory items needed, and we can liaise with several local designers to help you set up and appoint the home for maximum Guest comfort and villa rental performance.

How do I maximize returns on my Villa Rental?

Jackson Hole is highly seasonal, with a very limited drive market, and thus experiences significant peaks and valleys in occupancy levels. If your goal is to maximize revenues, it is best to avoid personal use during the highest demand/highest rate periods such as December holiday season, President’s Weekend, Spring Break and July/August. We recognize that many Homeowners also want to use their home in Jackson during the peak dates, so we do not impose any restrictions on your use, and we will work with you to maximize returns whenever the home is available to market as a Villa Rental.

What are the steps for signing up for the villa rental program?

Interested in joining our luxury villa rental portfolio? Contact our Development Associate, Carly Kelly, at carlyk@tccgjh.com or (307) 732-3400 to discuss your motivations and expectations. She would be delighted to tour your home and meet with you to begin what we hope is a long-standing relationship. Following a home tour, she will perform a rate analysis and propose rates and projected rental guest occupancy for the home. The next step is to move forward with our Property Management Agreement. Upon execution, our team will perform an inventory inspection to ensure the home inventory is at a satisfactory level for rental. We will then schedule a photo shoot with local, renowned photographers and stylists, to ensure we are representing your home in the best light (no pun intended)! Once we receive the professional photos, marketing efforts will begin. The rest is up to the sales team!

How will you market my property?

Once the formalities are behind us, and the home is rental-ready, we will professionally photograph the property and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, targeted direct sales, and cooperative promotions and partnerships. We will introduce your home to our many loyal, repeat guests as well as to our network of luxury travel advisors. Our on-site Villa Sales Team will personally inspect the home to fully understand the unique features and benefits to be shared with potential Guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Fish Creek Lodge 02. The home was beautifully furnished, luxurious and comfortable. It was completely ready for our arrival and even stocked with champagne and a birthday cake since this was my celebration week. We enjoyed being close to the Moose entrance of Grand Teton National Park and our ride on the Aerial Tram. We recently had a fabulous stay at Shooting Star Cabin 1. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic, adjacent to Teton Village and also Grand Teton National Park, and a short drive to Jackson. The cabin itself is beautifully furnished, with high quality linens, and bath products. It also has a great AV system, bikes, a hot tub, board games, etc. The cabin floor plan is reverse living with most of the bedrooms on the main floor, and the master bedroom, living room, dining room/kitchen upstairs, it works really well in this cabin. The darling bunk room is a big hit with children. I can’t say enough about the management company, The Clear Creek Group. They are professional, friendly, and responsive to any request, big or small. They can plan any and all of your activities from dining, to rafting excursions, etc. We worked with the on-site team and they set a high bar for fantastic customer service. We will definitely return!

First of all, the management company of this property was with us every step of the way – offering us anything we needed. The home was cozy, yet still spacious. Plenty of firewood kept us warm all week.The location was 20 yards from the ski lift, that’s something we always look for in a rental home. The price was reasonable too! (Moose Creek 4)
