Morgan is one of The Clear Creek Group’s Founding Partners. Originally from Carrollton, Georgia, his love of the Rocky Mountains, fly-fishing, and the desire to be a part of a vibrant, sophisticated, mountain community led him to Jackson. As operating partner, and the firm’s President and CEO, his primary focus is on operations, business development, public relations, and marketing.

Residing in Teton Village with his wife, Mandy, Morgan enjoys cooking, wine, travel, and fly-fishing. Dedicated to providing the highest level of service to The Clear Creek Group’s clientele, he thrives on developing meaningful relationships with clients, members of The Clear Creek Group organization, and his community.

Along with his partners, Phil founded The Clear Creek Group in 2005 to provide caretaking, vacation rental, and real estate sales services to owners of quality properties in Jackson Hole. From the start, he and the partners were driven by a desire to provide personalized services to their clients, with a guiding principles of high quality and exemplary touch.

Phil is an Operating Partner and the firm’s Responsible Broker and Chairman. He leads a team that is committed to bringing the same stellar level of quality and personal attention to buyers and sellers of real estate as the firm does to its caretaking and vacation rental clients.

A native of Natick, Massachusetts, Phil received his Bachelor's Degree from Yale University, and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. Phil and his wife Betsy met and married in Atlanta, and prior to his move to Jackson, Phil experienced a long, illustrious career in commercial real estate development.

While studying Hospitality at Purdue University in her home state of Indiana, Chelsea spent a summer in Jackson and fell in love with the singular mountain culture. Upon graduating, she returned to Jackson and spent her first four years here learning the nuances of the spa industry.

Ready for new challenges, Chelsea joined The Clear Creek Group as a Villa Rental Agent and Concierge in the spring of 2013. Since then, she has moved up through the department, into her current position.

Chelsea enjoys going to concerts, hosting gatherings, and adventuring with her Jackson “family." She loves trying new recipes, especially anything sweet, which she shares with her co-workers when they are lucky.

Dean grew up in Roswell, Georgia, and attended High Point University where he played varsity soccer and received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. After graduation and years of skiing the mighty slopes of North Carolina, Dean felt compelled to head West.

Having originally moved to Jackson Hole to spend one winter season exploring the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Dean knew that wasn’t enough. He has now been settled in Jackson since 2012, and not only has he been able to hone his skiing abilities, he has developed a deep passion for both fly-fishing and mountain biking.

Kathryn was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and attended North Carolina State University, where she studied Parks, Recreation and Tourism. Her love of the outdoors brought her to the area to work on a dude ranch in the summer of 2018, and she has been here ever since.

After years of working seasonally in customer service for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Kathryn joined The Clear Creek Group in April of 2021. Since her arrival in Jackson, she has developed a love of skiing, hiking, and other exciting activities the Tetons have to offer. In the summer you will find her enjoying a game of tennis or playing on the water, any chance she can get. She is the proud mom of two goldfish.

Stephanie has been exploring the Jackson Hole and greater Teton region for over a decade. Originally from Northern California, her favorite hangouts in the Golden State were Santa Cruz, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, until she discovered the Rockies in 2006 during a family vacation.

Year after year she returned to the Tetons, realizing the endless array of natural wonder to be discovered there. Now a permanent resident of Teton Valley, Stephanie loves to find outdoor adventures with her husband and two children. When she is not hiking, horseback riding, or snowboarding, you can find her in the dance studio with her OULA friends.

Diana was born in Santa Clara, California and raised in Alpine, Wyoming. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and can often be found volunteering and helping out the community in her free time.

Greg is originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan. After graduating with a degree in business from Central Michigan University, he spent five years working in Detroit's auto industry.

The urge to spend more time outdoors in the mountains led to his moving West, eventually landing in Jackson Hole. Greg snowboards all winter, and spends the summer hiking, biking, and enjoying the abundance of the outdoors.

A Wyoming native and Jackson local, Heather has worked in the guest service industry of Jackson Hole since young adulthood. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Beloit College and continued her education at Northern Illinois University.

Upon returning to the valley in 2001, she rejoined the guest service industry by accepting a position with The Clear Creek Group in 2009. While with The Clear Creek Group she has enjoyed a variety of duties including Bookkeeper, Guest Service Director and Office Manager.

Taking a break from guest service in 2014, she followed her heart to the Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter where she was Operations Manager for a year and a half before rejoining The Clear Creek Group in April 2016.

Heather is an avid gardener and canoe enthusiast, and enjoys fly fishing and hiking with her canine companion.

Kevin was born in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. He has resided in Teton County, Wyoming since 1994 and has built a diverse career in hospitality.

Kevin performed as the Food and Beverage, Operations Manager for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort before moving into the position of hotelier. He enjoyed remarkable success as the Assistant General Manager of the Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa in downtown Jackson. During his tenure there, he met Phil and Betsy Stevenson, which steered the course of his career into becoming the General Manager of The Clear Creek Group in 2009.

Kevin is highly active in Jackson’s philanthropic community, where he serves on several boards. He resides in the Jackson with his wife Katie where they are proud to raise their two daughters. Together they enjoy the bounty of Jackson Hole: fishing, boating, mountain biking, horseback riding, skiing, and snowboarding.

In his role as Director of Operations, Michael works to ensure homes are in perfect condition for arriving homeowners and guests alike. He is the point person for all caretaking communications, with his team providing the eyes and ears for those who can’t be here as often as they like.

Michael grew up in Livingston, Montana where he caught the skiing bug at a young age. After college, he moved to California's Bay Area, where his hospitality career began. His work hosting large hospitality golf events led him to hit the road with Cleveland Golf as their traveling specialist.

Michael met his wife Shawna in Jackson Hole seven years ago. They always hoped to make Jackson home. Now raising a son, they are excited to grow family roots in the town where they met.

With his customer service and hospitality experience, Michael continues to fulfill his passion for skiing, sharing his extensive knowledge of the mountain lifestyle through his guest service position.

Originally from Mikford, Massachusetts, Scott found himself living in Atlanta, Georgia until his good friend persuaded him to move to the little mountain town of Jackson in the late ‘90s. Immediately falling in love with the snow and snowboarding, he soon came to came to enjoy the beauty of summer hikes. When not working, you can find him out exploring and enjoying all the beauty that Wyoming has to offer.

Zuzana was born and raised in Slovakia, a small country in the heart of Europe. When she first visited the U.S., she fell in love with the beauty of national parks across the Rocky Mountain West and ultimately knew she would want to make it her home in 2015 after her husband talked Zuzana into leaving her pharmaceutical career to adventure throughout Jackson Hole. Returning permanently in 2019, Zuzana quickly made Jackson her home and take advantage of everything the area has to offer when she’s not at work, including enjoying the outdoors, especially skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and reading by a lake. Zuzana´s other passions include flower design, travelling, cooking, and baking.

Janet is an Associate Broker who assists our brokerage team in completing real estate and long term rental transactions.

A lifetime ago, Janet left a corporate management position in concrete skyscrapers for the granite skyscrapers of Jackson Hole. Over the past many years, she has been a real estate agent for various firms in the valley and dabbled in retail and art gallery management on the side, while volunteering in numerous nonprofits.

Janet received her BS and MA degrees from the University of Wisconsin. She and her husband, Bill, raised their son and daughter and numerous Labrador retrievers on the local skiing, hiking, and biking trails, never tiring of the mountain views and lifestyle.

Since the fall of 2011, Janet continues to share her passion for this special place with guests of The Clear Creek Group.

Ryan was born in Kansas and received a Computer Science Degree from Portland State. He has served in The Airforce and spent some time as a stay-at-home dad as well. He’s been married for 15 years and enjoys being with his two kids and building computers.

Lesli was lucky enough to grow up here in Jackson, WY. She has had a handful of different jobs and found herself in the hospitality industry since spring of 2022. When Lesli isn’t working, she is hanging with her dog, enjoying the outdoors, or relaxing at home.

Ben was raised right here in Teton County and grew up skiing and hiking. He went to college at American University in D.C. and graduated with a degree in Economics. He enjoys spending his free time volunteering for the Animal Adoption Center.

Originally from Oklahoma, Chris and his family moved to Wyoming in 2016. Chris is environmentally conscious, with comprehensive experience in construction, property management, and land/livestock management. He is a family man with a passion for regenerative agriculture and sustainable land use. At home, Chris enjoys tending to livestock, growing vegetables in his family's greenhouse, hiking, trail riding, and cross-country skiing.

Born and raised in Lovell, Wyoming, Josh grew up with a passion for hiking and camping in the Bighorn Mountains. He spent the past twelve years practicing historic preservation and wildlife management for Bighorn Canyon National Park. Seeking a change, he made his way to Jackson. In his free time, he enjoys roasting his own coffee, hiking and traveling internationally

Beth was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to the area in 1994. It was in Jackson that she met her husband, Kevin, who, ironically, also hailed from Connecticut. Beth has been involved in the Jackson Hole travel industry since the late 1990s, cutting her teeth in the property management field as the Sales & Operations Assistant for Jackson Hole Resort Lodging before transitioning to sales, where she promoted the Jackson Hole travel experience as a Travel Agent for Ski Vacation Planners and Jackson Hole Reservations. She served as the Sales and Operations Manager for The Driver Provider, and most recently, the Lodging and Reservations Manager for The Snake River Sporting Club. When not caring for The Clear Creek Group’s homeowners, Beth enjoys travel, photography, and kayaking on the Salt River, or for that matter, any body of water in the summertime. You might also find her snowmobiling high in the Grey’s River Range or just hanging at home with the family pups and cat.

Lauren grew up in North Carolina and studied at American University in Washington, DC, majoring in Legal Studies. She moved to Jackson in early 2019 and loves living here. She also has a dog, Zevi, who enjoys Jackson too, specifically hiking!

Vanessa hails from Monterey, California, and moved to Jackson Hole in 2010 to be with her fiancée’s family, as they are Jackson Hole natives. She brings many years of hospitality experience, having worked with luxury hotels.

She enjoys relaxing, watching old movies, and spending time with her family and her puppy. She loves travel and fine cuisine, and since summer is her favorite season in the Rocky Mountains, she can often be found on hikes, and floating the river and lakes.

Inger found her way to Jackson Hole in the late 1980s on a ski vacation with her St. Olaf College roommate’s family. Born and raised in Door County, Wisconsin, Inger decided to trade the views of Lake Michigan waters for the majesty of the Tetons. She imagined staying for a ski season, but after experiencing the mountain lifestyle and falling in love with the community she knew she had found her forever home.

Inger brings to The Clear Creek Group extensive financial expertise in luxury residential home construction as well as business development and management. Most recently she transitioned from the Jackson Hole Airport as the Financial Controller for the private aviation FBO.

Inger is proud to have been able to raise her three children, experiencing all that Jackson Hole has to offer. She loves spending time with family and friends, gardening, and adventuring in the national parks. Her enthusiasm for all the opportunities to recreate in the Tetons remains and she has never tired of the views!

Ashley grew up in beautiful Jackson – a rare native! Her role as operations assistant suits her perfectly, as she has always held a passion for client service. Ashley loves travel and is perpetually in search of the next adventure. She is an avid reader, and she has amassed a sizeable collection of her favorite books.

Morgan was born and raised in Colorado and has spent the majority of her life in the Rocky Mountains. Morgan began her hospitality career in downtown Denver, working for various luxury properties. After years in the city, Morgan ventured to Big Sky, Montana, where she worked for residential services at the Yellowstone Club and helped to open Montage, Big Sky. Morgan eventually traveled “down south” to Jackson, where she fell in love with the pristine beauty of the Tetons and the strong sense of community. On any given summer day, you can find Morgan hiking in Teton National Park and enjoying all types of après with her friends in the wintertime.

Ginny was born and raised in Jackson, part of a five-generation Jackson Hole family. After graduating from the University of Colorado Denver with a bachelor’s degree in economics, she worked for the Kentucky Department of Workforce Development as a regional manager for several years, then transferred to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System in Louisville, Kentucky where she worked as the director of budget and financial reporting for more than eleven years. After completing her MBA at the University of Louisville in 2010, she returned to Jackson and held director of finance and administration positions at both the Grand Teton Music Festival and the Jackson Hole Community Counseling Center. From 2018 until 2023, Ginny was vice president of private banking at the Bank of Jackson Hole, then in the fall of 2023, she accepted her current position as a homeowner relations liaison for The Clear Creek Group. She is married with three children and enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, biking, camping, snow machining, cooking, and traveling.

John was born in Bountiful Utah, where he resided until building a home in Alpine, Wyoming in 2001. His mother was the head social worker for Lincoln and Teton Counties, and his father was part owner of a family construction company in nearby, Star Valley, which gave him the opportunity to gain an understanding of the industry over the course of the last forty-five years.

A 1986 graduate of Star Valley High School, John has since resided in Las Vegas, Arizona, California and of course, he made his way back to Wyoming. John and his wife, Serrena, have two children and five grandchildren, and two chihuahuas, Ziggy and Zoey.

After suffering a debilitating neck injury, John and his wife have become active in their church and focus on traditional values of family and community. Along with his love of football and snowmobiling, he is an avid golfer and hopes to, one day, retire and visit golf resorts around the country. In the meantime, he has an impeccable work ethic and enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren.

An avid, world traveler and explorer, Jennifer has always been curious about how other people live and the spaces that move them. Chicago became her adopted home over twenty years ago when she decided to pursue Interior Architecture and Design, working in the residential and hospitality markets, both from a design perspective and in operations. After her daughter, Chloe, was born, Jennifer relocated to Ireland to work on designing and opening several restaurants in Dublin for a large hospitality group there. Her work effort also included several concepts for the Dublin Airport and a fun, 3^rd wave coffee shop that won Dublin’s Most Instagrammable Café in 2019.

After fifteen years of running her own Design/Build firm, she decided to move with her daughter to Jackson Hole to spend more time in nature and escape the pace of big city life. They love spontaneous camping trips, hiking, and cooking foods found at the local farmers markets. Jennifer brings a keen attention to detail to her work with The Clear Creek Group, and playing a role in bringing the “feeling of home” to each property she’s involved with is one of her key motivating factors.

Lauren and her family moved to Jackson from Washington State in 2010, where she attended high school before leaving for the University of Washington, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology in 2016.
Post graduation, she spent eight years learning the commercial real estate industry in Bellevue, Washington, where she worked her way up from administrative and marketing associate to director of operations and marketing. The experience shaped her and led her to explore the residential side of real estate.
During a visit home to Jackson, Lauren reunited and fell in love with her high school sweetheart, Joey. They both moved to Seattle for a couple of years, but the allure of family and of Jackson Hole was too great. In 2023, Joey proposed to her at Colter Bay, and in January of 2024, they both took three months to travel around the world before returning to Jackson to “put down roots”. She and Joey enjoy cooking, baking, camping with their family, friends, and their purebred mutt, Hank, and they hope to live long, happy lives in Jackson, raising another generation in their beautiful hometown.
