What can the STAY CARD be used for?
The STAY CARD may be used to book any available villa in The Clear Creek Group’s portfolio. The card can be used to cover entire or partial reservations, as well as services and service providers booked through The Clear Creek Group’s concierge team during a stay.
Are there limitations or blackout dates?
No. The funds you transfer to your STAY CARD work like cash and can be used in payment or partial payment for eligible accommodations or services provided by or through The Clear Creek Group or its agents. The range of accommodations, goods and services available for purchase using a STAY CARD may vary from time to time, and The Clear Creek Group does not make or give any promises, warranties or guarantees that particular properties, goods or service will be available at the time a STAY CARD is presented.
How do I reserve a STAY CARD?
Purchase of, and payment for, STAY CARDs can be made in person or by telephone, with cash, wire transferred funds, and most debit or credit cards acceptable forms of payment.
Who can use my STAY CARD?
Each STAY CARD is individually numbered. STAY CARD funds may only be used by the purchaser and/or specified recipients.
Is there a service fee for the STAY CARD?
No. With the exception of shipping from Clear Creek Group to you or your designated recipient, no service or use fees will be imposed in connection with the sale of your STAY CARD. STAY CARD purchases made by credit card are subject to a card processing fee in addition to the amount placed on the card. Credit card processing fees are subject to change.
Are there any associated shipping costs or options?
The Clear Creek Group offers free “UPS or FedEx Ground” domestic shipping for STAY CARD purchases of denominations greater than $10,000. Expedited shipping options are available at the purchaser’s expense. For STAY CARD purchases of denominations equal to or greater than $40,000, domestic overnight shipping is complimentary.
