Founded in 2009, Jackson Hole Winery produces about 4,000 cases of wine, annually. Grapes native to several vineyards in Sonoma, Napa, and Walla Walla are vinified at 6,229 feet above sea level, where the cool mountain air preserves the wine’s aromatics through a slow fermentation and aging process, all of which allows the wine to develop its distinctive personality. Tastings are offered in the summer and winter by appointment. 21+
