Persephone West Bank
Found in the West Bank neighborhood of Jackson, this Persephone location is closer to the hills and the pines. The atmosphere is laid back and a little more moose-adjacent, but the menu features the same critically acclaimed dishes and baked goods as its sister location. You will find yourself on Teton Village Road at one point during your stay, so just be sure to find your way to Persephone.
Picnic
Menu items, made fresh daily, make a trip to Picnic well worth a visit. Located on the west side of town, the selections here vary from a health-conscious quinoa bowl to double chocolate bundt cake. The Persephone-made pastries are certainly a highlight, but Picnic’s sandwich menu will have you coming back to try as many of their offerings as possible. Eat in or take out and enjoy one of the best eateries in Jackson.
Coelettte
Located in the heart of Jackson Hole on King Street, Coelette is a fine dining experience that will create moments of flavor bliss and culinary memories that will last far beyond your visit. The menu includes regional favorites such as elk, lamb and venison, but seasonal vegetables are featured as entrees as well. This is thoughtfully crafted food, and a slice of Jackson that cannot be missed.
