Enjoy the amenities of downtown Jackson and a sophisticated, relaxing space in this three-bedroom, five-floor townhome. Built in 2023, Glenwood 09 is only two blocks from Jackson’s Town Square yet feels wholly removed from the hustle and bustle of that area. Walk to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, James Beard-recognized dining establishments like Snake River Grill and Persephone Bakery Café, art galleries, and parks and then return to Glenwood 09 to relax in front of a gas fireplace. This townhome is perfect for families and friends who want to make the most of their time in Jackson Hole and then recharge after each outing in an airy, elegant space.
Glenwood 9 is designed to allow guests to hang out while also spreading out. Its main public space — a combined kitchen, dining, and living room — is the main level. Here a professional kitchen includes a waterfall island, dual Wolf ovens, a wine refrigerator, and seating for eight at the table plus four additional seats at the island. A sitting area in front of the gas fireplace invites you settle in, whether with a glass of wine or book, or for a game night.
The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms. One a twin/twin bunk; the second has a king size bed. These light-filled bedrooms share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower.
The townhome’s third floor is dedicated to the primary suite. Its spa-inspired bathroom includes a deep soaking tub, an oversize walk-in shower, a separated water closet, and double vanity. Thanks to a floor-to-ceiling window, this bathroom is full of natural light. A private balcony off the bedroom makes for a lovely setting to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise, or a delightful spot to sip an afternoon or evening cocktail in the shade.
Glenwood 09’s top floor is dedicated to an outdoor kitchen and living room. Get the gas outdoor fire pit going and hang out to watch hikers and mountain bikers, in the summer, and skiers and snowboarders, in the winter, on Snow King Mountain, which is only several blocks away.
Throughout this townhome, the décor and color and materials palette are organic and inspired by the colors and landscape of Jackson Hole. The art collection includes works by exciting artists like Carrie Wild, whose work has been featured in Western Art + Architecture and Southwest Art, and whom you can sometimes watch work in her nearby studio inside the gallery she runs with her wildlife photographer-husband Jason, Gallery Wild.
Adding to the ease of life at Glenwood 09 are underground parking with direct access to the residence, ample storage spaces, and two pairs of washer/dryers, one set in the basement; the second stacked set on the third floor.
Although in downtown Jackson, Glenwood 09’s location also makes it easy to explore other areas and sites in and around Jackson Hole. Within walking distance, Snow King Mountain Resort has more than 400 acres for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and in summer is the heart of the expansive Cache Creek system of hiking and mountain biking trails, which offers almost 100 miles of single- and double-track. The skiing and summer activities of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are easily accessed by car or bus. The southern entrance of Grand Teton National Park is about a 20-minute drive away. Yellowstone, which celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2022 and is home to grizzly and black bears, bison, moose, and the world’s highest concentration of thermal features, is close enough for a day trip. Once your lodging is secured, members of The Clear Creek Group concierge team would love to share their passion for this place; they’ll work with you to curate a custom itinerary for your visit to Jackson Hole!
