Hidden Hollow 304 is a 2,234 square foot, three-bedroom townhome that embodies the best of all worlds in Jackson: upscale, scenic and close to the heart of the community. Only a wet-land area separates the property from one of the Country’s premier wildlife sanctuaries, the National Elk Refuge. While sipping morning coffee you may experience a heard of elk near your backyard yet you’ll find delightful lunch options just a three-minute stroll away in downtown Jackson. Hidden Hollow 304 is the perfect Jackson Hole vacation home for guests seeking expansive views, a feeling of privacy, and proximity to the amenities of Jackson’s town square.
Hidden Hollow is one of a handful of townhomes in a cozy, newly developed neighborhood. From the patio, you’ll enjoy sunrise across the National Elk Refuge and view the Gros Ventre Mountain Range and beyond. Snow King, Wyoming’s first ski resort, is also in the periphery.
Not only is Hidden Hollow’s location unique, its décor reflects a whimsical take on mountain modern, à la a varied textural palette, natural colors and materials, and elegantly playful wallpaper. The art collection ranges from Andy Warhol lithographs to graphite drawings by famed artist Robert “Shoofly” Shufelt, and paintings by Brett James Smith.
Hidden Hollow’s physical spaces and finishes are as thoughtful as its décor. To maximize views, the primary and secondary suite, both of which have king-size beds, are located on the top, third, floor. The primary suite, with a wall of windows to the east (making for a particularly scenic coffee-in-bed-in-the-morning spot), has a private deck that overlooks an expanse of the National Elk Refuge and mountains beyond. The secondary suite is on the western side of the home and possesses windows that offer views of Saddle Butte.
The residence’s second floor is devoted to public living areas. The combined kitchen/dining/living room has windows on both sides — providing eastern light in the mornings and warm, western sunshine in the evenings. The space also includes a natural gas fireplace, a kitchen equipped well enough for the most discerning home-cook, and multiple seating areas, including a dining table for eight and a kitchen island with seating for three.
On the ground floor, you will find the property’s laundry room, and nestled at the back, with direct access to the shared backyard, is a guest suite with two full day beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Hidden Hollow 304 is truly in the center of it all — rife with wildlife and natural beauty, vibrant downtown Jackson at your doorstep, and Grand Teton National Park’s entrance just a short, 15-minute drive away.
